Do candidates need an account?
No. The public board is a read surface. Candidates browse open shifts and apply with a name, an email, and an optional note. Applying is always free.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspace and data stay. Live listings are capped by whichever plan you are on, so you choose what stays public.
Can I invite my managers?
Team members share one workspace and one applications inbox. Members can run listings and triage applicants; changing the plan is restricted to owners and admins.
Is my data separated from other companies?
Yes. Every query is scoped by organization id, and the checks run on the server rather than in the browser.
