What counts as a live listing?
A listing that is published to the public board. Drafts and closed listings never count, so you can prepare as many as you like and choose what goes public.
What happens if I hit the cap?
Publishing is blocked and the listing stays a draft. Close or unpublish something, or move up a plan. The check runs on the server when a listing goes live.
Do candidates ever pay?
No. Browsing and applying are free and always will be. Candidates do not even need an account.
